Events have been one of the most consistent threads in my career.

I’ve planned, designed, and executed everything from consumer festivals to multi-city corporate conferences. What I enjoy most is creating experiences that feel intentional; the kind that build trust, deepen relationships, and spark the conversations that move business forward.

At The Whisky Lounge and The Gin Lounge, I worked across the full events lifecycle for some of the UK’s leading spirits festivals and tasting experiences.

These events ranged from intimate tasting evenings to major festivals with thousands of attendees, giving me hands-on experience delivering high-volume, high-quality, multi-city event programs.


My responsibilities included:

  • Designing all brand visuals, posters, social content, and promotional creative

  • Setting up event pages, ticketing workflows, and paid/organic promo campaigns

  • Booking venues, managing suppliers, handling logistics, and coordinating staff

  • Photographing and filming events, editing content, and distributing social reels

  • Running email campaigns and newsletters to drive ticket sales and retention

  • Managing festival-day operations and guest experience

During my four years at Oscar, events became a major part of how we built brand recognition, client relationships, and internal culture.

Client & Community Events:

Annual Company Conferences:

Across my time at Oscar, I helped organize and execute major company conferences every year, including end-of-year awards, training conferences, and leadership offsites.

  • Venue sourcing and negotiation

  • Agenda building and speaker coordination

  • Run-of-show creation

  • Audio/visual production and motion graphics

  • Stage design, print assets, and internal comms

  • Budget oversight and vendor management

  • Filming and editing conference highlight videos
