Whenever we released content like salary reports or market insights, I built automation workflows to handle every step after someone hit “download.”

Using Force24 and Mercury CRM, I set up automated lead routing based on responses. If a client indicated they were looking to hire, that lead was instantly passed to the right consultant and tagged within the CRM. If a candidate said they were job hunting, they entered a follow-up sequence with personalized email content.

These workflows removed manual handoffs, improved follow-up speed, and automatically tracked every lead’s outcome within the marketing ROI report — from initial download to placement.

Detecting Opportunity Before Anyone Else

One of the most powerful automations I created used ZoomInfo to detect companies with fresh funding or hiring activity.

Once a signal was detected, data was automatically exported to our CRM and Force24. These contacts would enter a pre-built nurture funnel that shared content relevant to their sector and hiring stage.

This proactive system generated consistent streams of high-intent leads and helped consultants connect with growing businesses before competitors even knew they were hiring.

I connected our CRM to OptiSigns so that whenever consultants updated their billings, leaderboards across every U.S. office were automatically refreshed in real time. This eliminated manual updates and kept everyone informed of progress instantly.

Recruitment Automation and API Integration

Smarter Search and Lead Distribution for Consultants

Using SourceBreaker and Mercury CRM, I designed automations that connected consultants directly to opportunities in their markets.

Each team had a tailored setup that pulled live job data from SourceBreaker and delivered it directly to consultants’ inboxes. These automations saved hours of searching and ensured no opportunity went unseen.

The systems ran reliably every day, feeding the sales pipeline and giving recruiters more time to focus on meaningful client and candidate relationships.

Empowering Teams to Automate for Themselves

I delivered workshops and one-on-one sessions to teach consultants how to set up basic automations using SourceWhale and Zapier. We looked at everything from outreach personalization to follow-up sequences, helping recruiters become more efficient and independent.

My role wasn’t just to build automations but to make others comfortable using them.
